Our receptionists are the people who are normally your first point of contact with the surgery, and who help you work out the best way to access our services. Please be patient if you have to wait a little for attention as they have a difficult job to do, dealing with a constant stream of enquiries. When you telephone for medical attention, the Receptionists may ask you for some details. They have been trained to make these enquiries so that you can be helped in the most appropriate way with as little delay as possible. Confidentiality laws mean the receptionist needs to speak with the person who has the problem, please be understanding.
